Site & Climatology Studies
We perform micro-climate audits. We map the site coordinates, solar angles, and monsoon wind vectors in Kerala. This ensures we shape the structure to utilize wind channels and passive shading naturally.
Clay Massing & Materials
We test volumetric configurations through physical clay models and 3D wireframes. We specify early raw material palettes (wood, natural stone, local concrete) to establish texture guidelines.
Blueprints & Clearance Permits
We produce highly refined architectural coordinate sheets, custom joinery details, and structural drawings. In parallel, we coordinate clearances with regional Panchayat or Corporation planning boards.
Construction Craftsmanship
We run periodic site reviews. We inspect structural castings, brick alignments, and custom carpentry on-site, ensuring contractor execution matches the rigor of our initial design sheets.
